 1. Peer Review Policy

The journal follows a comprehensive double-blind peer review process. This means that both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other during the evaluation process. Each submitted manuscript is initially screened by the editorial office for scope, formatting, and plagiarism. Only manuscripts that meet the basic criteria are sent for external review.

Each paper is typically reviewed by Two to three independent experts with relevant subject expertise.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, technical quality, clarity, ethical standards, and significance to the field of engineering.

Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments before final acceptance.

The Editor-in-Chief, together with Associate Editors, makes the final decision on acceptance or rejection.

This structured process ensures that only high-quality and ethically sound research is published.

2. Open Access Policy

We firmly believe in the free dissemination of knowledge. All articles published in this journal are open access, meaning they are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or paywall restrictions.
