1. Article Processing Charge (APC)

APC of USD 35 USD per article (excluding taxes) will be applicable only for accepted papers.

Reviewer Discount: 10% APC discount for reviewers of this journal

Low-Income Countries: 100% waiver (as per World Bank classification)

Lower-Middle-Income Countries: 15% discount

Case-by-Case Waiver: Authors facing financial difficulty can apply before submission

2. Open Access Policy

This is a fully open access journal. All articles are immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.

Authors retain copyright under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0 License)

Readers can reuse, share, and distribute articles with proper citation

3. Peer Review Policy

We follow a double-blind peer review process:

  • Authors’ identities are not revealed to reviewers
  • Reviewers’ identities are not revealed to authors
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts
  • Decisions are based purely on academic quality, originality, and relevance

4. Plagiarism & Ethics Policy

All submissions are screened using iThenticate plagiarism detection software

Maximum similarity index allowed: <15% (excluding references)

Plagiarism, data fabrication, and unethical practices will result in rejection or retraction

Authors grant the journal the right to publish, archive, and disseminate their work

6. Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts (financial, institutional, or personal) that may influence their work.

Editors and reviewers must also declare conflicts and recuse themselves where necessary.

7. Data Sharing & Availability

Authors are encouraged to make their data available in recognized repositories or as supplementary material.

Datasets, codes, and materials should be cited properly

Transparency in research enhances reproducibility

8. Authorship & Contribution Policy

Only individuals who made significant contributions should be listed as authors

Authors must specify contributions (conceptualization, methodology, analysis, writing, supervision, etc.)

Ghostwriting or guest authorship is strictly prohibited

9. Corrections, Retractions & Withdrawals

Corrections will be issued for minor errors

Retractions will be issued in cases of serious ethical breaches

Article withdrawal is possible only before peer review is completed

After acceptance, withdrawal requests may lead to APC charges

10. Archiving & Preservation Policy

The journal ensures long-term preservation of all published content through Portico and Crossref archiving systems.

Each article receives a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for permanent accessibility.

11. Indexing Policy

Currently, the journal is peer-reviewed and published under ISSN: 3117-566X

12. Anti-APC Misuse Policy

Refund Policy

Once the Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid, it is generally non-refundable, as it covers the costs associated with processing, peer review, editorial handling, typesetting, online hosting, and archiving.

However, in exceptional cases, if an author chooses to withdraw their paper after acceptance due to unavoidable reasons, the journal may refund 40% of the APC. This partial refund accounts for the editorial and production costs already incurred during the publication process.
