Discover Economics and Finance: An International Journal ( e-ISSN 3117-6968) is an open-access and reffered journal, ensuring that all published articles are freely available online without subscription barriers. To support the costs of high-quality publishing services, peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, archiving, and long-term access to articles, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC).

APC Policy

Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of their manuscript.

The APC ensures immediate open access to the published work, global visibility, and indexing opportunities.

There are no submission charges. Authors only pay after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and is accepted for publication.

APC Rates

Standard APC: USD 35 per accepted article

Discounts / Waivers

Authors from low-income countries (as per World Bank classification) may apply for a partial or full waiver.

Early-career researchers and students may be considered for APC discounts upon request.

Editorial board members, guest editors, and reviewers who contribute substantially to the journal may be eligible for APC reductions.

Payment Information

Detailed payment instructions will be provided after acceptance.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or institutional payment.

APC payments are non-refundable once the article has been published.

Funding Support

Authors are encouraged to check with their institutions, research grants, or funding agencies, many of which cover open-access publishing costs.
